Flame cutting

Many fabrications or machined components will start life as a flame cut plate profile. We carry out this process in-house, using CNC-controlled machines that are programmed offline from our design office.

Our process lays out multiple parts on a single plate for very close, accurate cutting, thereby optimising production and reduces wastage or scrap.

Our steel plate stock is always responsibly sourced from premium European mills with full material traceability.
